• Crisp (live chat, knowledge base, and analytics): We use Crisp, operated by Crisp IM SAS (France), to provide in-app and on-site live chat, a help knowledge base, and related support analytics to merchants and visitors. When you start a chat, consult the knowledge base, or interact with Crisp widgets, Crisp may process information such as your name, email address, message content, IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, and cookies or similar identifiers. Crisp acts as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement, hosts data within the European Union, and supports international transfers through standard contractual clauses where applicable. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you uninstall our app, we will delete your store data within 30 days.
